Customers are responsible for providing us with their correct shipping address - if a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.

Untracked Delivery: If an extended time has passed and you have not received your item please contact us at [email protected] so we can help you lodge a claim with the courier company.
